Will you make my shopping list for me?

I need healthy food in my house! Then I won't be tempted to eat McDonald's at the drop of a hat! But whenever I go to shop, I never know what to get? What are some simple things I could get that would make a big difference in my health? I would really like to lose 10-15 lbs. by the end of the month and of course I need to exercise but it has to start with a good diet

Dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa
