Hi. Im a teenage girl and I need help getting on a diet. I don't really know much about how to calculate calories and stuff. I was wondering if there was a diet that is easy to understand and that I can get into fairly easily. Time isn't really an issue, I just need to lose more weight. My family loves to eat and I'm always going out with friends so I know that I'm probably not gonna get much support from either of those groups. Maybe something I can do on my own without all those fancy pantsy recipes that I would undoubtedly need my mom to do for me?

I asked my doctor the same question and she told me eat breakfast lunch and dinner ans 3 snacks one in between each meal the trick is to eat light and small portions
