Ok Where do i begin. I am a 14 year old boy that wants to lose weight fast. I do not want to eat any vegetables as a diet so if anybody wants to offer that advise i will not take it. i do not have a home gym and im too embarassed to go to the public gym. I also am to embarassed to go for a run because lets jjust say im not the most popular kid in school and i dont want anybody making fun of me. If andbody has any eating tips besides veggies offer. Can people give me some excercises i can do at home to help me lose weight before school starts. Please! Don't forget about how much reps and stuff like that. I wanna lose my belly fat mostly. Same with everything else but if i had to choose it would be to lose belly fat so Please Help Me!!!


well if you do not want to eat healthy you are really hurting yourself, because that is one of the easiest ways to lose weight. If you dont like vegtables try fruit, just find something healthy that you like to eat, but i would definately try to eat some vegtables, there has to be some that you like. If you really want to lose weight, you need to man up, there are some exercises that you could do at home, but running and going to the gym really help. You could also try swimming, if you do it at a gym, it is mostly older people or overweight people at the gym pool so you should not worry to much.
A good thing if you want to do it at home is just stay active, limit your computer and television time to a small amount a day, and try helping with the yard or cleaning the garage, these things are exercise, but you are doing something so you dont realize the amount of work you are doing.
