i read on the internet that its niot possible tp loose fat and gain muscle simulatanepusly as they're both opposite actions..or something...

Gaining muscle will in turn cause you to lose fat. The more muscle you have, the more fat you are burning during exercise and rest. If your goal is to get big, you need a diet that keeps your metabolism boosted regularly - so you want to eat small portions of nutritious food regularly throughout the day. Consider looking at protein shakes and bars also, and incoprorate lots of lean meat such as lean chicken breast into your diet.

When bodybuilding, resting and diet are just as important as your workout. You will be building muscle during your resting time. To burn the fat, you want to be doing regular cardio exercise with weight training. You cannot just target one area of your body to lose fat from, you have to burn it from your whole body - "spot reduction" does not work. Quite simply, you want to be shedding that fat first through cardio before you build the muscle - it will not show aesthetically if it is covered by a lot of fat.

Try looking into high intensity interval training - it's a very effective cardio technique for burning fat.
