Hows this for a routine?

Im changing myself so I made something for the summer; a plan:

Steps To Becoming A Better And New You

May
1?Take some time to look and reflect upon whom you are, right in this moment.
Although these steps will guide you through the physical transformation, there might be some other things you might want to improve upon as well, such as confidence, organization skills, etc. Make a list of what you wish to achieve this summer...and make the plans to work for it. ???
2.?Start building some suspense.
If you want to shock people with your transformation after this summer, this step is required. Remain hush-hush about your plans. Don't put any pictures of you taken from this summer on your MySpace or Facebook. It might also be a good idea to replace your main profile picture with a question mark. It will make people wonder and build anticipation and surprise for your big reveal.
3.?Get started on a workout plan.
The trick is to find a workout that you find fun that will keep you motivated. Try some workout tapes or join a gym. In general, you should be doing some sort of aerobic activity 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes and doing some sort of muscle toning activity 2-3 times a week.
4.?Maintain a well-balanced diet.
Accompany your diet with fruits and vegetables. Treat yourself every once in a while but eat sensibly. Make it a habit to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily.
5.?Have a spa day just relax yourself in a bubble bath filled with essential oils and sea salts, after the bath use a moisturizer over your body and change into your pajamas, follow the face care routine given below, give yourself a manicure and a pedicure while watching a movie and just relax.
Trying doing this once a week on a day when no one's at home for uttermost peace and relaxation.
6.?Start on a face care routine based on your skin type to clear up or prevent any breakouts.
Keep in mind that acne medication can take 6-8 weeks to start showing improvements and that things can look worse before it looks better, but sticking with it will be worth it in the end.
7.?Sleep well.
Try your best to get 8 hours or more sleep a night.

June
1.?Vary your workout.
Keep up the good work with your workout, healthy eating, face care routine, and getting enough sleep and water. However, you need to try something new. Step it up a little bit to help keep your body challenged.
2.?Re-evaluate where you are in terms of your goals.
Are you where you want to be? What is working? What's not working?
3.?Be patient!
You might start seeing changes this month but resist the urge to post pictures of yourself. You want to surprise people, remember?

July
1.?Keep up with your healthy habits.
These form the foundation for all of the other changes.
2.?Take another time to re-evaluate your goals, adjusting as necessary.
3.?Start looking through magazines for inspiration.
Cut out pictures of hairstyles, hair colors, and style and makeup ideas that you like. Hold onto these pictures. Use them to create a visual image in your mind of what you want your new improved look to be.

August
Its crunch time, are you ready?

Four weeks before the great reveal
1.?Your healthy habits are still important!
2.?You know what you're looking for...
It's time to go shopping! With all you're working out and eating healthy, who knows? You might need to go shopping for a smaller size.

Three weeks before the great reveal
1.?Start building a great summer glow.
Use a self-tanner moisturizer daily for a great sun-kissed look.

Two weeks before the great reveal
1.?Visit your hair salon.
Your skin is clear, your body is leaner and stronger: It's time for a new cut and style to flaunt as well. Cut it, style it, dye it. Whatever you are comfortable with. Bring the pictures you cut out in July to show your stylist. Doing this 2 weeks before will give you a chance to wear in and get used to your new hair.

One week before the great reveal
1.?Use a teeth whitener to get your pearly whites glowing.
2.?Look through your makeup.
Throw out anything that looks or smells gross. Go shopping for any missing makeup staples, and make sure to grab a few fun items to try.

One day before the great reveal
1.?Pick out the outfit that you would like to wear
2.?Pamper yourself with a day spa
Use a sugar scrub in the shower to get your body glowing. Then shave for silky smooth legs. Step out of the shower and give yourself a pedicure and manicure.
3.?Sleep well!
You don't want to wake up with blood-shot eyes and bags looking like a zombie.

The days of the great reveal
1.?Smile with confidence and show off your new look
2.?Expect lots of shock and amazement
3.?Have fun.
Today is your day. You've worked hard all summer... you deserve all the fun!

Is it a great plan or what?!?!
(If you'd like to use this go right ahead!!!!!!)
