I am 13 years old 14 before deadline and i am 5"6 in height, 130 pounds in weight, i am going to france with my school to do a trip and i feel very self conscious about my weight... I want to drop 10 pounds in the next 5 months and would like to know the best way to do it? I have already thrown away all sweet, and calorific substance i owned, go to the gym every tuesday and walk my dog almost every day. What else can i do??

ur at a healthy weight right now just hit the gym more often and run instead of walking ur dog...loosing 10 pounds would be unhealthy
