I need to eat more protein, and less carbs.. but I'm vegetarian!?
So I'm having a little trouble with my diet lately. I need to desperately lose my love handles, some fat on my inner thighs, and the little pouch around my tummy. In no way am I fat, I'm 5"2 and 103 pounds. I just need to tone up!
However, I'm a vegetarian. People keep telling me I need need need protein, like my nutritionist said so, but I don't know what to eat that has protein that isn't super high in calories or is meat! Can someone help me out?!
Also, I have an addiction to carbs. Goldfish are my staple food. And I love bagels, and toast, and granola and things like that.
I'm also pretty picky, but I really need some help!

and, i do 80 minutes of cardio on the elliptical every single week..
and an unlimited amount of situps/crunches/bicycles/squats/planks/l… etc.

Your not addicted to Carbs your addicted to breads
and all that glucose causes insulin spikes which equals bloating and weight gain
Breads aren't the only thing with carbs so cut all the shitty breads and pasta
Instead pack on the fruits they tend to be high in carbs
As for the Protein take whey protein shakes bro
Lastly make sure to also take a Multivitamin if you intend on being Vegetarian
The last thing you want is to be Malnourished because your body will store most foods
as fat and nobody wants excess fat... lol
