Lunch: Lunchable with 380 calories. one water
Small meal: two waters. 200 calorie meal.
Small meal #2: two waters. 200 calorie meal.
Im 15 and in school so its hard to deit.
Exersice atleast walk 1 hour a day.

Cut out the Lunchables and the "meals" - they are laden with sodium and carbs. Stick with fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and whole grains. Walking is good starter exercise, but at 15 you should be able to do more.
