I am 5' 10" and weigh around 150. I am a tad self concious because I am not small and petite like a woman "should be". But anyway...I am not fat, but I weigh a lot because of my height which makes it a little challenging for weight loss. I want to lose leg a belly fat and gain arm strength. SIT UPS do not make you lose weight...please don't tell me to do sit ups lol. Thanks :)
