I am contemplating becoming a raw vegan, but I really want to lose about 15 pounds. I am also a swimmer and runner in high school. Can anybody give me some simple meal plans so that I can have enough energy while losing weight, but maintaining my diet? I want this to be a lifestyle change, just a one day event. I was thinking of sticking mainly to, beans, nuts and vegetables, and every once in awhile fruit.
