Hi,I have made a diet plan because I am so weak but I am some time confused about my diet which cause me to heavy depression......I eat shake of yoghurt and milk bananas are also included in it.
Is this diet plan is good for my physically health??Can it increase my weight?
I also eat kidney beans and beef!!

Well, you need to eat healthy well balanced meals and get in a 1/2 hour intense workout most days in order to be healthy. Lean meats (extra lean beef, boneless/skinless chicken, & any kind of fish), 5 servings of veggies a day (raw is best, but cooked works, too), 2 servings of fruit a day. Fresh fruit, not fruit juice! You also need low fat dairy, 3 servings a day. Whole grains are a must!! We need more whole grains in our diet than anything else on the food pyramid! And healthy oils such as extra virgin olive oil. Divide your body weight in 1/2, and drink at least that many ounces of water every single day! Do all of these things and you will be very healthy! You can visit www.mypyramid.gov for more info.
