im 18 , 5'11 , 140 lbs.... i started going to the gym last week and i eat alot now but no weight gain... can anyone put me on a diet weight gain plan real quick ... like what to eat and when ... im fully committed just throw out the diet weoght gain plan

Protein and start strength training. Muscle is heavier than fat. If you start lifting weights, you will notice over time, you will bulk up. Protein supplements might help you to gain weight too.
