Hey, I'm fourteen, 5'8 and weigh about 59kg to 60kg. I'm a male, and the thing is I keep LOOSING weight, not purposely, but it just keeps happening, is there anyway to stop this weight loss? I heard there is a way to find out exactly what calories to eat to maintain (obviously I will eat more then usual.) Any tips and advice?

your still very young so you shouldn't be worrying about weight. Anyway you have a very high metabolism and that is why your are losing weight or cant seem to put weight on. When i was 14 i was 76 pounds and now im 18 and only weigh 120.
So dont stress about it you will fill out in time
