I watch what I eat and I exercise about 2-3 times a week but I just need a little help so I am looking for a possible supplement to help me out that wont make me nervous if anyone knows of something they would recommend? As with must of us working 50+ hrs a week I just have very little energy when I get home and I would really like to get back on the ball and lose these 15lbs I have gained. Just seems after I turned 35 it has gotten harder. Thanks in advance!

There is no supplement that will not make you "nervous" as they are generally all caffeine based.
