Usually i will have breakfast (rich,vege,chicken).Then lunch time i will drink oats/nestum/fruits.... I will drink coffe or milk in the evening with 2 or 3 pcs biscuits. No dinner. I have drink slimming tea but doest work out. I always control my hunger. I will eat less sugar. Drink lot of plain water. But my negative points is, i cant do exercise because my working time 7am to 9pm.Morning i really tired to exercise and there is not have better place for jogging or exercise.Many dogs outside of my house. If i want exercise or jogging(ground or park)i have to go far from my hours,atleast 1 hour driving. but i can exercise on my off days only. Is it jogging 2 days a week can work out? is it my diet planning is correct?
