Lots of health problems...could it be poor diet?

Well first off I've been experiencing migraines for about 10 years. 1 every other week or so. Then I have really low energy, tired all the time. I need to move my legs constantly at night or they ache. I have been having erratic heartbeats...really too fast or skipping beats. The heart thing happens almost everyday. I get dizzy spells randomly, can not close my eyes while standing or will fall over...I can not pick up or carry anything over 15lbs or I get a headache, and can not lay flat on my back with out getting dizzy or a headache.
I know it is a lot, and before you say anything, I have been to several docs and they all tell me I'm fine....also that I'm too young to be worried about anything. I'm going to be 32...so anyone? I know I do not eat all that well, could that be it? Any suggestions would be very appreciated. I'm still trying another doc, but thought I'd check with the community too. Maybe someone had some of these issues??

certainly. dehydration is another factor. sleep deprivation ,too. if you,re drinking soda instead of water; yes. take a multi with iron. exercise. just walking is the best, simple exercise.
