For me I always update twitter and never personally update Facebook. I used to update Facebook via twitter with a 3rd party Facebook app called twitter. It used to update for me but no longer does. I believe this is what you were asking. But I think the problem is with the app (or something happened with Facebook and the twitter app has not been able to change)

I believe you and I are experiencing the same thing. :( I to want to know what the problem is.
