I would like to lose 15-20 pounds. I also work and go to school and have limited free time and don't like gyms.
Go jogging for 1 hour twice per week.
Do cardio workout video 5x/wk and abs video 5x/wk.
Walk up 5 flights of stairs per day instead of taking elevator at work.
Drink at least 3 bottles of water per day.
Limit soda to 3x per week.
Drink juice or water with dinner.
Maintain any diet of no more than 1200 calories per day and 1500 on weekends.
Btw, I love to cook and usually make pretty well balanced meals, my issue has been portion control. If its on my plate I have a very hard time throwing it out.

I think this is a very good plan you are on the right track. However, I am concerned with the 3 sodas per week. You can slowly cut down on your soda intake because I know its hard to start eating healthy but it would benefit you more if you just cut the sodas from that diet. Also instead of juice you can eat fruits because they are the same thing (remember fruits also have water content).
