I just got my Insanity in the mail, and I'm wondering what kind of results to expect.
I'm 5'9" and I weigh 145lbs. (this puts my BMI at 21.4) I very rarely exercise (until now), but I'm not obese either so I'd say I have a pretty good metabolism. I don't plan on following the diet plan (I want to eat what I want), and I'm 17.
If I follow the Insanity workout for the full 63 days, what do you predict my results will yield?
About my diet: I don't really watch what I eat, but I'm not scarfing down a whole bag of chips myself either. I usually eat healthy things (I love salads). Usually when I snack its on some pretzels or some of those cheese crackers.
Really the only unhealthy thing about my diet is that I LOVE soda. I mean LOVE it. I drink a few cans a day.
Answer on What should I expect from Insanity?
The insanity workout is very tough, too tough for most. Your diet will kill any potential gains. You may get stronger but don't expect to lose any fat.
Soda is the worst thing you can drink. The high fructose corn syrup will make you pack on the fat faster than you could ever lose it, due to some very complex ways the liver reacts when it tries to process corn syrup.
Get used to drinking water or iced tea
