Seriously, it's really p*ssing me off. I've been going to the gym an hour a day 3 times a week, only eating 1000calories a day for 4 weeks and using diet pills and i've only lost 5lbs...what the hell? What am i doing wrong? Please help :'|

Losing 1.5-2.5 pounds a week is the lowest recommended (healthly). The only thing I would advise is you need to be doing cardio 5-6 days a week not just 3. Also you need to eat a minimum of 1200 cals a day, I recommend 1500 cals a day, 1000 is starvation mode so your body is trying to store as much fat as it possibly can when it can. (your body will burn 1700-2100 cals even in a coma so its ok to eat 1200-1500 cals because your burning way more than that). These two tips will help, but really 5 pounds in 4 weeks is right on track, there is no magical over night weight loss option besides surgery.
