I've just gone 18 on the 8th this month so not too long ago and I promised my better half for my health sake I will lose weight but I wanted to do it my way with little help from her (A man thing?) but I'm also musician and currently in a band who play live sometimes and I feel very uncomfortable on stage so I wish to do something about it but I want to keep up to it.
I've been overweight since I was about 6 years old, hardship at school and love of junk food but my body build is naturally larger, I'm built like a rugby player as my friend says, large shoulders ect, I'm not using this as an excuse to why I'm overweight I know it's my fault why I'm overweight but now I'm going to set that right.
What I'm hoping you nice people can do for me is give me advice tipsip's on what to do to fit a 'diet' into daily life, what I can do with hours I'm normally let's say bored at home playing a video game ect ect.
How often should I exercise? just to lose weight for now, and stuff I could do at home would be appreciated, but also to fit in with daily life, like getting off the bus a stop earlier?
Mottipson tip's? What could I do (Or what did you do) to keep you're self motivated? Keeping myself to the diet will I'm guessing be the hardest patipsny tip's?
What could I Replace Fizzy Drinks with? I'm a heavy Coke drinker and can drink 1ltr to 2ltr in day, I normally drink it in pint glasses.
I only eat Breakfast, Dinner and Tea, maybe a Orange in-between but I eat fairly large portions, for E.g. today I had a 4 Slices of Toast with Cheese Spread for Breakfast & a large bowl of Salad, 6 pieces of Garlic Bread and two Turkey Steaks for tea, what could I do to help cut down on this and maybe replace it with? I have a large stomach :D
Thanks for reading, I look forward to reading your replies, Please share your personal experiences and what you did, what you found helped weight loss and what didn't ect ect thanks all
