Im 19 and weigh 110, Im 5*2. Last May I weighted 130 but went on a diet. My goal is to get to 105.
Today I had.
An ice coffee with sugar and cream.
A hot chocolate.
I had one water bottle
I had a greek salad with a little bit of dressing.
For supper I'm going to have something small.
At 8 I am going to workout and shower than go to bed.
Is that a good plan?
