Will this diet work?!
I keep switching from diet to diet 'cos im unsure just wanted to know if this looked ok! ANY opinions grateful!
Breakfast- fruit salad with yogurt
Lunch- One poached egg or half a tin of baked beans on one piece of wholemeal toast with butter.
Dinner- Healthy meal under 500 calories. Include Protein and veg/salad and complex carbs.
Only have water to drink or tea with with skimmed milk. Coffee with skimmed milk is also fine, and one small skinny latte allowed max daily.
Also planning on working out 30 minutes- 1 hour daily
Answer on Can someone PLEASE help.. dieting question! any opinions?!?
The diet will work, but you will mess up your body doing it.
It's to low in calories/not enough food.
You want to eat every 2-4 hours to keep your body/mind going. (plus your metabolism)
