17 Years old.
I want to get down to 100lbs by Spring Break.
If I eat 500 calories or less a day, & drink only coffee & water, will this diet help shed some pounds?
For the work out portion, I work out at school everyday. & If I do that along with the Thighmaster, Cardio, & other such workouts, is my goal achievable?
Any other tips would be appreciated also.

Just remember if you eat too little fat, your body goes into starvation mode and STORES any fat that you may happen to eat. Basically your body thinks "wow I don't eat much I must be starving. Let me store all the fat I intake in case I don't eat again for awhile". So you may want to eat a little more than 500 calories. At least 1000 a day. If its healthy (like all fruits and veggies) you will most likely still lose weight. The important thing is to get all your nutrients. Vitamins are good. Good luck!
