I'm trying to lose 20lbs and I know this is extremely achievable if I find the right type of eating and exercising plan but I can never come up with good ones myself.
Things that have to be included are;
- Porridge for breakfast
- 2hrs netball on Monday
- Netball on Saturday and Sunday
