Answer on How do u plan ur vegetarian diet?
I would look up all the vitamins and nutrients that are in meat and make sure you get ALL of them from other foods. I became vegetarian for two years but didn't get enough Iron, Protein, B-12 etc and I ended up in the hospital. But that probably won't happen to you, just be sure to do research and get all the things you need!
Tofu (fake meat is really good, it has lots of Protein in it too)
A vitamin with Iron in it (you don't have to but it's good)
Lots of green, leafy vegetables
Overall, get a wide variety from all food groups as much as possible!
