It seems like the place I really have weight is my tummy! >:|
And I workout a lot, I'm a track runner at my school, I'm on the track team and I run a lot, do sit-ups and crunches, but I just can't get rid of that belly fat.
I have like the BEST LEGS EVER!!! They're toned and my butt's pretty perky too!
But I still have a little belly and I want to get rid of the fat! All of it!
I want it COMPLETELY flat so I can see my abs!
I'm confused on why my tummy is like it is because I drink so much water. I take drink water daily. And I mean DAILY. Like 10-15 glasses a day,
I eat well.
This is my diet:
Meal 1 @ 8 am : Breakfast (400 calories of balanced nutrients) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 2 @ 11 pm: Snack (100 calories) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 3 @ 2 pm: Lunch (400 calories of balanced nutrients) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 4 @ 5 pm: Snack (100 calories) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 5 @ 8 pm: Dinner (400 calories of balanced nutrients) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 6 @ 9 pm: Treat (60 calories) + A GLASS OF WATER
I don't eat McDonald's or any fast food at ALL. NO PROCESSED foods either. Cause this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is very bad for overall health.
I also eat every three hours. When you learn to eat every 3 hours, you gain control over your blood sugar, which will help you put control of your appetite. When you control your appetite, you control your weight. When you control your weight, you'll feel so much more energized and confident.
But I just cannot get rid of my belly fat and it's starting make me depressed! It's not alot or anything, it's about 8 pounds but I still can't get rid of it. I tried EVERYTHING. Except for diets, cause their not healthy..
I want my body at it's best and I don't want to start obsessing over it so please help me figure out what to do.
Before you say I'm too young or anything, lemme tell you some facts ..
- I'm 12 years old and 3 weeks.
- I have a mesomorph body. Measurements : 34-24-31
- I'm over-developed (My birthday is August 2nd and it's suppose to be in December. Yeah, I'm born 4 months early)
- I got my period at 9.

Do you consume a lot of carbohydrates?I'm betting you do.
Eat less of those and when you do,do get the ones with low glycemic index which includes wholewheat grains and cereals.
Not exactly three hours but what suits you best?I eat five meals a day but don't time them to be at every three hours.
Every legitimate expert can tell you this;"You can't do spot-reducing."
Fat can't be eliminated off wherever you want it too dear girl.
You need to start changing your perception of things.Just because you have belly fat doesn't make you a less sexy person nor a less unhealthy person.What if having that bit of fat removed makes your entire world upside down with you having all sorts of diseases and illnesses?You don't know that but you're fine now and you have that belly fat.
So be content with who you are.Some people aren't built for abs and if you didn't know that,you do now.
