Im starting this liquid diet with Soy total health shakes and vitamins and 5 days a week excercise. now once i finish this 4 week diet (maybe 6) I plan on eating the amount of calories required to intake to maintain my weight. trying to lose it by a certain time that's the rush. My question is has anyone tried the liquid diet before?

You need a liquid drink that is full of nutrients that you arent planning to consume. Thats what the drink is for, because no-body eats the requirements of 3 fruits and 2 vege's everyday, plus your calcium intake of eggs milk yoghurt etc etc. I was on a liquid diet called "Kick Start". It was great, It was a protein shake, 3 times a day 1 in the morning 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner, and the only food i was aloud to eat was meat, no vegies (yay). And my exercise was simply walking for 30mins. I lost 15kgs in 3 months. Now having said that. The kick start diet was like the 20th diet i tried, not every diet works, everyone is different, you just haft to find the right one. Best of luck.
