Hey, im a size 18 and want to get back down to my regular size 16 or lower. I want fast results. any suggestions?

well this way will only take maybe 3-4 weeks,maybe more im not sure.eat healthy.do cardio excersise.like jump rope,swimming,running,anything that gets your heart beating faster.if you like any kind of sport than play it alot.good luck.
