T.I.: Nothing special at all average at best,hasnt made something above 4 mics yet. Except king.

Lil Wayne, Garbage i don't know but some hip hop heads actually rate this dude's albums high but they are bad...

Drake, Sucks thank me later sucked, so far gone was average

ludacris, he's good, he's better than t.i. good flow, ok lyrics. But his recentt album was pure garbage

Kkanye: dope, college dropout is a classic 5 star album, late registration was good, graduatioin was ok, 808's was eww...

Starting a new diet for 1 1/2 weeks. Will i see a change if i eat this and exercise like that?

Im not necessarily trying to lose a lot of weight in lbs. what im trying to do is lose a little bit of weight in certain areas but mainly tone up and see a change is my body regarding fat lose and muscle growth, for the most part.

Keep in mind im already very athletic, im 5'3" and weight about 135 lbs. So my workout will consist of running 5 miles every morning, around 4:30-5 run another 2 1/2 miles as a warm-up before i lift weights for an hour then run another 1 mile to end the workout.

BREAKFAST: two 100 cal. english muffin egg white sandwiches. I boil eggs than in the morning peel off the eggs whites and put them in the sandwiches.

LUNCH: turkey sandwich on wheat bread, a snack, and a fruit or vegtables

SNACK: fruit or vegtables

DINNER: weight watcher meal with *protein shake. (ill be eating this immediately after workout)

do you think ill get quality results from this diet and workout plan?

article below i read says u need to eat more early in day and u aren't eating much for breakfast. also, other article says u need to match calories to your level of exercise and i can tell you aren't eating enough for that level of exercise.
also frozen meals don't help IMO...do your own cooking for better results.
