I'm 15 years old, 5'1, and I weigh 103 lbs. I really want to lose weight quickly, and I would appreciate any tips you might have. I know people say its best to lose weight slowly, but I would rather lose a lot of weight now and then keep up with a healthy diet to maintain that. I want to lose 6-10 pounds, hopefully within a few weeks. I've been eating a lot less lately and exercising, but I would appreciate any other advice you might have.
