I'm 14 years old and wanting to raise some money for Comic Relief. A friend suggested I dress up as Lady GaGa and ask for donations and I thought this would be a great idea. However, I have limited money and not a huge amount of time to plan/make it. I can't wear anything too outrageous (I'm sure my headteacher would kill me if wore a dress made of meat into school) and I'm a boy, if that helps in any way. Any help given would be hugely appreciated.
Answer on Help With Lady GaGa Costume For Comic Relief?
If you're a boy, I'm sure that'll be super-funny and takes some guts - so bravo. Next - here's a step by step instruction for creating one of her looks. It's a basic one anyway:
Not sure if that helps, but hope it gives you ideas. You could also browse thrift stores and see if you can find an oversized striped shirt - wear it off your shoulder with the blue lightening zig zag over your eye. Here's a bow clip, you can add to your own hair
There are a few wigs here - some around $15 which doesn't seem too bad
I think if you have the hair, you can make the outfit yourself and everyone will 'get it.' Good luck!
