Is this a healthy diet for 15 year old trying to loose 5-10 pounds?

This is my meal plan usually:

Breakfast/Lunch
- Egg Whites
- Cabbage/Broccoli/Cucumber (steamed, i pick anyone of those vegetables for each meal)
- Wholegrain rice (sometimes)
- Turkey/Chicken/Steak (no sauce mostly grilled, i pick anyone of those meats for each meal)
- Water

Snack - Piece of whole grain bread with peanut butter, blueberries, strawberries, grapefruit,oranges, water

Dinner
- Shrimp/Lobster (all steamed/grilled, i pick one of them)
- Wholegrain rice (sometimes)
- Cabbage/Broccoli/Cucumber (all steamed, i pick one of them)
- Water

I don't drink anything besides water
I cheat once a week and eat maybe some sugary candy/cookie/ice cream.
I go boxing regularly 2-3 times a week.
My weight is 130 pounds and I'm 5'6

cut out the rice at dinner and include more fiberous veggies. exercise.
